As you heard by now, a 35 year-old man was put in a chokehold by a manager at a CVS Pharmacy in Chicago, IL after he had been spotted shoplifting toothpaste and crayons.  Unfortunately, this civilian act resulted in the death of the suspect.  Initially, police stated no charges would be filed against the manager.  After outcry and media scrutiny, police have reopened the case and an investigation us now in progress.  Lil’ Ern’ gives his take on the case and discusses his feelings about the situation.
